We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law or how we operate; the version on this page applies to your use of the site. We may also change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted.

Our name and logo must not be used in a way that suggests we endorse a product, service or organisation without our agreement.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or other advice and should not be relied on as such; obtain your own professional advice where appropriate. We make no promise that the content is complete, accurate or current.

Our site may link to third-party websites (for example partners, funders or donation platforms). Where you make a donation through our site or a linked donation platform, that donation and any refund is handled in line with the platform’s terms and our own policies (including our Donations Acceptance and Refusal Policy, POL-16). Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider — see our Privacy Policy (POL-25).
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, because our website is provided free of charge and for general information, we do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.
