Project ACE is a standout initiative born from the collaboration betweenLMAX Group, the Philippine Reef and Rainforest Conservation Foundation, Inc. (PRRCFI), and CfN. Rooted in Southern Negros Occidental, Philippines, this project has become a catalyst for positive change, demonstrating transformative impact across local communities, youth, and partner organisations.
With education, mentorship, and real-world conservation at its core, Project ACE is helping equip a new generation of environmental champions —while working with people in the frontlines of climate change as they steadfastly care for their families and community while remaining as true protectors of the land and sea that they call home.
MITHI : Mangroves-based Initiatives for Thriving Habitats and Inclusive Communities
A PARTNERSHIP FOR REGENERATION AND ADAPTABILITY
This project brings together Oceanus Conservation, Security Bank, and CfN in a strategic alliance to drive ecosystem regeneration and community growth in three vital coastal areas: Bauang and Aringay in La Union, and Bais in Negros Oriental.
By weaving together environmental education, community development, and sustainable livelihood initiatives, we aim to achieve equity, celebrate indigenous wisdom and create lasting impact on the ground. Collaborating closely with local government units and grassroots communities, this project supports community-led efforts to care for natural habitats while recognizing the deep interconnection between ecosystems and the lives, knowledge, and wellbeing of the people who live with them.
